What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance or a $10 cancellation fee will incur.

Will you meet my pets first to see if you're a good fit? 

Absolutely! Send me a message and your pets can pencil me in for an interview.

Why do you need so many details?

The more I know about your pet, the safer and happier they will be!

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, only Venmo and Apple Pay are accepted.

Why must booking requests be approved?

Confirming there are no scheduling conflicts before approving a request ensures happy tails for everyone. If there is a scheduling conflict, we will discuss options.

Do you offer boarding?

At this time, I only offer boarding to pets who get along with my dog. Please reach out to me so we may discuss possibilities.

How far in advance can I book?

Bookings may be made one week or less in advance.

Are you insured?

ABSOLUTELY!

Are your services limited to cats and dogs?
